Shipping Information
Most orders will be processed within one to three business days. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Orders are mailed thorough a carrier of our choice. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected, so please plan ahead and order early.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our website, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling).
Only products in unmarked, resalable condition may be returned. Defective products may be returned for a refund after calling customer service. We will only pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued after we receive and process your return.
If you purchased your product from any retailer, please return it to that retailer for your refund and comply with that retailer’s returns policies. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from retailers.
